I grewup on 1980s baseball- Cal Ripken, Don Mattingly, Dave Winfield, Kirby Puckett.
One of the best players during the heyday of my fandom has left this world at the young age of 45. A clutch player who always seemed to play all-out. A guy who led the Twins to 2 World Series victories. I just wanted to acknowlege this great competitor.
