Feeling Much better

I have lost about 7-8 pounds and feel a lot lighter and more mobile. I have also been excercising. This weekend I have decided to "refeed." In other words, I have been working out and lost weight a little too fast so I ate a little more.

I decided not to obsess over it too much. This blog stills needs to primarily deal with social anxiety. But I am glad that in a few weeks I will probably be in my best physical shape in almost 3 years.
